A Unique New Offering
With over 17 years of experience working in Legal Firms, Government offices and mainly as an in-house counsel for High-tech companies I have gained a vast experience in obtaining and providing legal services. This has enabled me to establish a clear vision on what constitutes best-in-class Legal Services.
Best on-going legal advice is provided when counsel is familiar with the product, has an understanding of the business and a trust relationship with the key stakeholders. This is achieved by having a close business relationship with your legal adviser and on-going open communications.
However, not all businesses are at a stage where they have enough volume or the means to retain a full time in house attorney. Alternatively, a business may already have an in-house legal team and a traditional law firm they like to use for specialized work (like litigation, patent filings and large M&As) but may still be in need of a part time addition to handle the overflow of day-to-day work when the internal resources are overloaded.
